How does your media product represent particular social groups?

I have represented gender within my media project. I have sterotyped my female in a trypical way that is done in a thriller. I have tried to objectify my female character. This is typically done in a thrillers codes and conventions that females are objecified and shown as weak and vunlerable. The girl runner is objectified buy the constant showing of her legs. In the industrial film industry women are also shown as vunlerable and weak. A young girl out running on her own is dangerous as she won't be helped if anything bad happens. Thrillers usually show the woman a weak and scared, however I decided to go against the typical thriller steroytypes and make Jessica, the young girl, brave and fearless. This is shown by her confidence to enter the house. Even though Jessica is obejctified she is still a strong and brave woman.
I have also represented age in my media project. Society thinks of young people as attention seaking and agressive. This isn't represented in my video. This however is unfortunate, if I represented teenagers as society thinks of them my audience might be able to relate to Jessica, a teenage girl. I have been able to show the dangers of being out alone in my media project. Many people are kidnapped or disapear, or even worse, killed. Hopefully by showing this in my media project it will make people more aware of the dangers while being out alone.
From my audience resarch I found out that my thriller opening would mostly appeal to teenagers. With that in mind I was able to ajust my media project so it would appeal to teenagers in an age range of 15-19 years old. It is important to attract an audeince especialy in the ages of 15-19. Due to my survey monkey I was able to see what my audience want to see in a thriller. From this I would be able to produce my thriller opening how they want to see it, hopefully getting a large amused audience.

In my media project it doesn't show any ethnicity, I haven't inculded anyone with an ethnical background. However I could have included someone with an ethnical background by casting them into my thriller opening. I have used all white characters in my media project, this hasn't been done on purpose for any reason. This is because I live in an isolated area, a mile away from the nearest village, which isn't highly populated with nobody with an ethnical background living in. I have used Erin as Jessica because she is a close friend and lives the closest to me. Due to this I haven't been able to show ethnicity in my media project.
I have tried to show demographics in my thriller opening. I have done this by the opening scence when Jessica runs around the corner, as she is running we notice that she is wearing approproite running clothing. Her outfit doesn't look expensive, however she is just training, not compeating. This suggests that she is quite wealthy and does running at a high level. Jessica is shown to be from a middle or high classed background, running isn't considerd expensive but Jessica runs for a hobby and sport and compeates across the country. We see Jessica out running in the counrtyside, which shows she most likely has a nice country house or even an estate with horses.
The ghostly children we see in the house are from different class systems through time. Firstly we see the young girl in a bonnet and long dress, she has been murderd in the manor house around the victorian or edwardian times. I have tried to show the killed girl as daughter of the lord and lady of the house.
It is difficult to tell the two young boys status, they have been killed in a different time era to the girl and could be servants or masters living in the manor house and estate.
